Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WATT Technologies website at watttechnologies.com.au and our AI platforms — CAMS, Episteus and Auto-QA (together, the “Services”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. A customer agreement with WATT Technologies governs your use of a specific product where one is in place; where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or reverse-engineer our platforms.
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Accounts and Access

Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software and technology comprising our website and Services — including CAMS, Episteus and Auto-QA — are owned by or licensed to WATT Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you; you receive only the rights expressly granted under an applicable customer agreement.

Your Content and Data

Where you or your organisation submit data into our Services, you retain ownership of that data. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide and support the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.

Service Availability

We aim to keep our website and Services available and performing reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or perform scheduled maintenance, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WATT Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or Services.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party sites or reference third-party technology partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or Services if you breach these Terms. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
